OUR TEAM

Ted is a dynamic leader, trainer, pastor, and author with a lifelong passion for advancing reconciliation, unity, diversity in the Body of Christ, and the communities we are called to serve.

Born in Clarksville, Tennessee, Ted relocated to North Carolina in 1989 to help launch the Institute for Multicultural Education and Training at Lenoir-Rhyne College, under the guidance of Dr. Forrest Toms and Ms. Jackie Brown.

As founder and director of the BODY Institute, Ted equips others to pursue unity, value diversity, and mobilize resources. He's building a network of Reconciliation Coaches and Teams to break down relational walls that divide us, and building relational bridges that unite us in the Body of Christ and in our communities.

Ted earned his B.S. from Austin Peay State University and M.S. from the University of Memphis. He and his wife Pam (Phifer) White are the blessed parents of Psalms Olivia and Theodore James (T.J.)

I am truly forever grateful for my Dream Team of Reconciliation. Your prayers, inspiration, and support have transformed this Vision and Mission of Reconciliation from a dream into a reality.

To my best friend and Heavenly Father, and Jesus (Yeshua), the Reconciler of Reconcilers, who has miraculously guided and inspired me, in the Holy Spirit to create these Reconciliation Tools for His glory and our unity.

To my beloved family – Pam, Psalms, T.J., Evelyn, Jeremy, and extended family, thank you for your unwavering support and prayers. May these tools bless the Church and our communities.

To my parents in heaven – Theodore and Clarice White, and the Cloud of Witnesses of family and loved ones, your love and legacy continue to inspire me to love and serve well, until we meet again.
