Join our National Reconciliation Movement!

Our National Launch of the Reconciliation Movement has begun! In a world where unaddressed hurts, misunderstandings, and pre-judgements seem to be tearing us apart, we desperately need tools and trainng to break down political and other walls that divide us and build bridges that unite us within our families, churches, and communities.

That's why we've created the Tools of Reconciliation- to provide resources to:

* Prevent relationships from breaking

* Heal the brokenness that already exists

* Unite people across even the widest divides

We want these tools in your hands! If you can use these three tools to bring reconciliation to your life, family, church, ministry, or community, they are available below. Your purchase of these tools will support and expand our mission to provide these Tools of Reconciliation and Training throughout the nation before Election Day!

Reconciling the Red, White, & Blue (RWB)

We provide a 7-hour plan to bring together Republicans, Independents, and Democrats as the Body of Christ and Americans, forming Red, White, & Blue (RWB) Teams to serve in our communities.

Quality and Affordable Housing Mission

In 2025, we have expanded our ministry focus to include a Quality and Affordable Housing Mission in Mecklenburg County and New Hanover County, North Carolina. With the current affordable housing crisis in these counties, throughout North Carolina, and the nation, we desire to collaborate with faith-based, non-profit, private-sector, and government partners to develop 1-2 “Cutting Edge” affordable housing projects that can serve as a model to be replicated locally, throughout North Carolina, and the nation.

Ministers of Reconciliation Training

Operation Butterfly: Phase 1- Reconciliation

In a world full of division, we believe that the practice of reconciliation is the first step to fostering true and loving unity in our communities, churches, families, and the world . In the first phase of Operation Butterfly we aim to to train 36 Ministers of Reconciliation across three communities (12 from each city, surrounding towns, and counties) - Charlotte and Wilmington, North Carolina, and Clarksville, Tennessee.  At the end of their courses, trained Ministers of Reconciliation will join the Program Director (Ted White) at an all-day Reconciliation Training Experience offered to each of their respective cities throughout the month of May.

The end goal of this first phase is to establish Ministry Teams of Reconciliation, consisting of 3-6 persons per team, who will be trained and deployed in their local cities to facilitate reconciliation conversations in their local churches, ministries, neighborhoods, schools, and communities- creating a ripple effect of breaking down dividing walls, promoting unity and understanding, creating new partnerships, and manifesting greater acts of service.

MLK Day Zoom Conversation

In acknowledgement and deep appreciation of the peacemaker, the preacher, and the prophet, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., the BODY Institute will be holding a zoom conversation on MLK Day, Monday, January 15, 2024 centered around Dr. Martin L. King, Jr. 's Sermon, Paul's Letter to American Christians. In this conversation, we will be introducing and discussing this 1956 sermon as well as our MLK inspired theme for 2024- “Let Oneness Ring”! Together, if we let our Oneness Ring- loud enough to crumble the walls of division built before us- then, only then, will our Freedom Ring in greater and more beautiful manifestations in the lives of people!
